(St. Louis, Missouri – October 20, 2011)
An as-yet unidentified male pedestrian lost an arm and also received a serious leg injury Thursday morning before 7:45 A.M. on Union Pacific Railroad tracks paralleling the 6700 block of South Broadway in St. Louis, MO, and authorities feel he may not survive his injuries.
At first, it was unsure what train had run over the man “because it kept going,” but police were later able to pinpoint which train did the damage. The victim was taken to St. Louis University Hospital for treatment of his traumatic injuries.
